Easy & Pretty Storage Necklace

I have a confession to make. I buy necklaces, I buy lots and lots of necklaces.
But I almost NEVER wear them.
One of the reasons is because they are all tangled together into a huge pile of monstrous mess and I hardly can see all of the necklaces that I have.

I saw this necklace storage solution a few times on Pinterest and thought that it is pretty cool, it works, and it's totally doable! So went ahead and did it.

This way, each necklace will have its own hook, the possibility of them getting tangled together is dramatically reduced, and I can look at all of them - it does NOT make choosing easier though :p


Plus, it makes use of my corridor and it looks pretty.


All I had to do was to purchase cheap kitchen railings and hooks from IKEA and get them installed.
This works like magic for me... maybe until I bought many more necklaces I don't need :)

I went with my blogging buddy Chic McMuffin, who looked oh so effortlessly chic last nite in her silk top, trench coat, and red lips! I was having an intense bad hair day, and I wore my favorite fluffy furry gorilla-esque sweater with a pair of skinny black pants. I love polaroid pictures! I got these bling bling bangle and the sweet heart shaped lock & key too!

My Favorite Spikey Necklace & Landscape Vintage Shirt

First of all, I look much better when blurry, dontcha think?


This is my current favorite necklace. Well it's not mine, actually. It's SC's necklace, but I love borrowing it all the time :D


And although autumn is here, I still love summer colors, such as this pretty coral for my nails.


And I love the landscape pattern on this vintage shirt. Wore it with a pair of comfy shorts, for a lunch and vintage store hopping with my lovely girlfriends.

My Name Necklace

I am crazy about personalized everything!
This necklace says my name and it has a little snowflake on it, because one of the words in my Chinese name is snow. It's a gift from SC, and I realized that I don't wear this often enough.
