Pink Roses on Red Nails

I lurve nail art stickers! I quickly put these stickers on when I found that I've ruined the middle part of my big toe nail. It covers the blemish perfectly! ^_^

SC doesn't only wear my clothes. Now he wants his nails to be painted too!

This is all his idea, not mine :)

I suggested all black, or midnight blue, but he wanted alternate black and white.

He should've really invested in nicer summer sandals. He should've worn his gladiator sandals! But he's just as lazy as me. Heheheh.

What do you think? Yay or nay?

Nautical Nails 船船指甲

I always love everything nautical. Last weekend, I decided to do some nautical themed nail art, using the easiest way possible, nail stickers.

我好鐘意D同船有關係嘅野. 上星期我整左一套船嘅主題指甲, 用膠紙, 非常方便

Ships, coconut tree, anchors, albatross, leaping dolphins, etc...

椰子樹，船，錨，跳跳海豚，雲，信天翁...

Basically, cute stuff that reminds us of the beach and the sea.

全部都係同海/沙灘有關嘅野

On shimmery navy blue and deep red polish.

I did my toes too!

Considering how easy, how cheap and how good they look, I was pretty happy with the result.

Too bad they don't last long though, the stickers peel rather easily because they aren't fully protected by the thin top coat. Oh wells, just for fun, they're good enough.

腳指都整埋, 用貼紙都方便, 快, 靚, 正. 但係可惜好快就甩..

I'm not really a nail color addict (in denial). Most of the time, I don't color my finger nails, just my toes, only in summer. I only buy one odd bottle every now and then...

3D Nail Stickers - Pretty & Easy!

El-cheapo, easy to put on & super cool 3D nail decor stickers. Excellent for last minute nail embellishment. Just stick them on colored nails with the help of a humble ol' tweezer and finish with top coat. Ideal for girls' night out/outings, because SC told me that most boys hate embellished nails. Oppps. Really?


They don't last so long, but it's fun to have something dainty and pretty for a couple of days. I take them off immediately after a day, since I have to prepare baby Marcus' food and I don't want him chewing on pieces of jewels with his congee ^_^'

Ahhh...sweet pinks, roses, red-hot romance...look at this pack of 3D nail art stickers I've found in Sasa!

A couple of gorgeous red roses and sparkly jewels!

I want them on my nails for Valentine's.

Too bad SC hates them T_T and he doesn't understand why girls embellish their nails (with some super cute, elaborate and amazing gel nail art) when guys don't like them.
Maybe SC should realise that he doesn't represent the whole Hong Kong male population.
Heheheh.

Because it's the holidays....

Because I felt like it...

Because I just colored my hair black....

Because I saw my colleagues had these on and they look so damn pretty...

Because they are inexpensive and easy to do....
I decided to have this red, silver, roses and crystal nails done.
DIY at home.
Did I take "festive" a little too far? :D

Sale, sale, sale everywhere...what a girl to do?

A recent trip to H&M yielded the above blings:
- Chunky ring, gold frame surrounded by "diamond" studs = HK$39 - 70% off = HK$11.7
- Chunky ring, silver frame, black "stone" = HK$39 - 70% off = HK$11.7
- Chunky bangle, gold frame, white jewels = HK$39 - 70% off = HK$11.7
- Chain cream + gold necklace = HK$59
- Gold chain with floral locket = HK$39

and a trip to Bonjour cosmetics yielded the following nail color:

- Solid black nail polish = HK$8
- Transparent black and glitter polish = HK$8
- Revlon top coat = HK$15

Dark nails in Hong Kong are so now. Even I was tempted enough to go through all of the troubles and did my nails.

Too bad pretty nails and cooking don't exactly mix. Now they are all chipped from all the chopping. Sigh. With pretty nails, I should only "cook" this (if you could call that cooking).
