Don't we love boys who are secure enough with their manliness, they don't mind being a little girly? Maybe.
So which girly game does sc play during his 30 minutes commute?
It's Sally's SPA!

My sis complains endlessly about how I add a layer of turtle neck tee in almost all of my winter look and made it boring and monotonous.
Good news is, it's warmer these days, I can wear a dress without a layer of turtleneck tee underneath...
Bad news is....where did winter go????? I want a longer winter! I am not ready for summer!
Sleeveless tops, miniskirts, bathing suits...oh nooooo....
Are you ready for summer?
Dress = thrifted
Belt = H&M
Necklace = Metroplaza, Kwai Fong
Tights = no brand

I created a twitter account mainly due to my "others have it, I should too?" mentality.
What? Just being honest la~ :p
I started with following some food bloggers that I knew from the blogosphere (I can't believe I used the word "blogosphere"), posted a few updates, and soon enough (like...within an hour), the fun wore off. My food blog friends are mostly not in the same time zone as I am, and I was left with no one to @ with. My non food blog friends were having none of it, they were all too busy whoring themselves via facebook :D
Thus, my twitter account went into a deep virtual sleep, and the widget was removed from my blog.
I figured that a widget of outdated monologue would make my blog look really pathetic.
Recently, I was pleasantly surprised when I went back to my old and dusty twitter account (the last update was probably a few months ago), and found some great people to @ with.
What do I tweet?
I tweet my shit.
People might find what I tweet absolute rubbish, frivolous, meaningless, childish, low-b & 8-chi.
I am not a newspaper/portal/knowledge center/marketing genius/food or cooking or fashion expert. There are some of these guys out there, whose tweets I enjoy, but sadly, I am not them.
I am jack of all trades and master of none, i.e. I suck at everything.
It's a personal twitter, I don't tweet for a living, and I don't care what others think I should or should not tweet.
I can tweet LOL, hehehehe, hahaha, HAHAHA, :D :) T_T and >.< the whole day if I want to.
I follow people/entities for:
- Something I find interesting
- Something in common
- My love for Hong Kong
- Great conversations
- Laughs, and lots of it
I have not been a big fan of meeting my online friends.
I am a total paranoid.
I don't care how charming you are online.
You might be a freak, just as I am.
But, after a while, I developed certain feelings towards people I follow on twitter and I...evolved.
People/entities I knew before twitter
They are mostly food bloggers. I left comments in their blog, they left comments in my blog. I love their blog, and generally they
People whom I can't wait to meet in person
I find them interesting. They seem to be successful/talented/wise but they are down to earth. I enjoy talking to them, we clicked almost immediately like old friends. I can totally relate to them, I get them, they get me. They made me wonder if I'd enjoy their company in person as much as I do online.
People I deeply admire, but felt totally intimidated by
I love reading their tweets, I am in awe of their "published" knowledge or character or wisdom or talent or skills or success. But there's something unapproachable about them and that keeps me away from them (probably for their own good ^_^)
People I am not looking forward to meet in person
Let's just say that the chemistry just wasn't there :)
Why are they still in my list?
Maybe because there's such a thing as the benefit of the doubt? Could the chemistry be better in person? Do I misunderstand them? Am I too dumb so I don't get them? It's not them, it's me?
Anyways, I've pretty much cured my meeting-online-friends paranoia and met some really lovely lovely people.
I may get bored of twitter soon, but I'm sure I will still
;) :) :D

My clothes always look better on leaner, taller sc. Grrrrr~
But it's fun being able to share clothes. It's an excuse for me to buy more :D
The sleeves of the jacket's a bit too short, but that made it look kinda edgy.
Love the hat even more when I saw this faux leather strap at the back. Adds on to the cute factor!

Feeling a bit animalistic that day.
Plus, recently, I am loving this type of giant minidresses with bat wing sleeves, which are everywhere!
They're perfect for winter, they hide my winter bulk very well :D
I hate having to wear them with jackets though :( bat wing slevees aren't exactly jackets friendly.
Wore this ensemble to dinner and shopping.
Dress = Kwai Chung Plaza, HK$59
Lace tights = Fa Yuen St Market, HK$59
Shoes and hat = H&M

I like my boys to be adventurous in terms of fashion.
Willingness to try various clothings of mine? Always an added plus!
These are my harem pants, but unsurprisingly, look better on sc's leaner, longer legs...grrrr.
So, this is a yay for me, and I like em better with the grey boots.
What do you think?
I've been so behind on posting outfit photos, you might still see this hair style when my real hair reaches my lower back :p
Here goes...this was what I wore last week to work. A splash of orange to sweeten up grey winter days. My new love = the snuggly scarf and my deep orange belt :)
top = Zara sale, HK$199

Have you ever bought a birthday gift for someone, but you totally want one for yourself?
This was the case with this Naraya bag.
Bought it bag for a friend's birthday, but I so want one myself!
I hardly love Naraya bags, but this one....I could make exceptions!
It has a nice structure, looks totally expensive, dainty without puking pinks or flowers...neutral, elegant.
I'll head back to the shop (it's in Kwai Chung plaza, 2nd floor) and get one later :p
...when SC's busy :D
PS. I accidentally posted this on my food blog. Mondays do this to me. LOLz. Sorry about that, food people :D
I went to Zara SALE last weekend, it was rather early in the morning, so everything were stil in place and there was no queue in front of the fitting rooms. Oh yeah!
What did I get?
I got these 100% cotton tops with puffy lacy sleeves for HK$199
You know if I liked something, I'd buy them in every color?
So I got the black one too!
...and this nightie-ish, satiny dress in the shade of purple that I don't hate :D
I love the details, and I love how it fits me perfectly.
It's funny how many of us debated whether there's gonna be fireworks on NYE in Hong Kong.
Apparently (and I never paid attention to this as I was mostly away during NYE during my 7 yrs stay in HK), it is not a tradition to have fireworks on NYE, normally they'd only put up that hideous light show. Ouch.
Light show or fireworks, I've decided that I'd do more than just sit in front of my TV to see it.
I debated watching it from Tsim Sha Tsui (the most popular spot with the best view of Hong Kong island skyline from across the harbour), but the crowd scared the shit outta me, so...no. I thought of watching it from Chater garden/statue square, Central, which means I'd see the fireworks really up close, right underneath it, which is fun, but my friend gave me the best idea, which is watching it from Peak Tower at Victoria Peak.
I got up there by 11 pm, waited in the cold (dancing obnoxiously to my music playlist helped a lot), and finally...the moment of truth...fireworks or light show?
HAHA! Fireworks! SC and I shouted out obscenities into the clouds (we were so close to the clouds, it's crazy!), I just set my camera on P (which is pretty much auto), took continuous shots, did absolutely none of those "how to photograph fireworks" tips and had a great time.
HAPPY NEW YEAR!
Wish you....(fill in the blanks)...
